Clive Street’s 3-story office building, primarily used for administrative purposes, faced rising energy demands due to its expansion plans. Our goal was to future-proof the building against increased electricity consumption while reducing overall operational costs and environmental impact.
With a forecasted increase in annual electricity usage to 62,889 kWh and an annual spend projected at £21,380.00, it was clear that a sustainable solution was necessary. We proposed a 44KWp solar PV system without battery storage to address these needs effectively.

The installation process commenced on June 6th, involving meticulous planning and safety measures. The first step was the installation of mounting brackets, which are crucial for providing a stable and durable foundation for the solar panels. Following the successful installation of the mounting system, the solar panels were carefully positioned and secured. This process was executed swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s daily operations.
